Our Team

Our experienced and caring team are what makes our pre-school wonderful. 

 

All of our team are dedicated and qualified in working with pre-school aged children. They all live in our local communities and most are mums themselves. Your child will be allocated a key person to help them settle in, help make them feel secure and record their development.

Kathleen
Manager

"I enjoy working at preschool and giving the children a chance to learn through play as well offering a range of daily activities throughout the week. 

 

Outside of preschool I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, yoga."

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead

  • Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Early Years Professional  Practice.

  • NNEB diploma in Nursery Nursing.

  • Safeguard Lead training, Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Kathleen has worked for our setting since January 2010, she has a young son who attended our setting. She has 20 years’ experience working with children.

Molly
Acting Deputy Manager

Molly started with us in the Summer term 2021. She qualified in September 2022 with her level 3 diploma in children's learning and development (early years educator).  

 

Molly loves our pre-school "because it's small and friendly and loves to see the children learn.

"In my spare time I enjoy volunteering at a local dog rescue, reading and baking. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and going on holidays."​

Sophie
Qualified Play Assistant

Sophie joined us in April 2024.

​

She says "What I love most about working at pre-school is it's a small setting and everyone is so caring and friendly. I love seeing the children so happy and learning while playing." 

​

Outside of pre school I love spending time with my family and friends . I enjoy taking my dog on muddy walks
